If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. We will acknowledge your complaint within seven days and aim to give you a decision within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may take your complaint to our External Dispute Resolution Scheme, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), at www.afca.org.au or 1800 931 678 (free call).
